The 1920 Telšiai Postmaster’s provisional issue, hectographed on both plain and ruled paper with a blank space for eventual inscription of value. The stamps were hectographed on January 13, 1920 using the post office seal of Telšiai. Altogether 20-22 sheets of ordinary paper and 2-3 sheets of lined paper were divided into 18 sections –three
