The Kreisausschuss (KA) perfin on Klaipėda Mi 169, 171 and 174 stamps. KA perkins were used in Šilutė Municipality (Heydekrug) by the District Executive Committee (Kreisausschuss).

Lithuania 1918 Kaunas
Early, possibly first day cover from Kaunas to Spandau, franked with 10sk, 15sk of the First Vilnius issue, and 20sk, 30sk of Second Vilnius issue stamps, canceled in violet with a makeshift one-liner “Kauno paštas”. The provisional postmark was used from December 27, 1918 until standard calendar-type postmarker was put into use on January 3, 1919. Very few surviving covers (7 thus far).
