The long-awaited latest issue of LPS journal is now in print. It has been a long time coming, but worth it. The issue No 243 gathers together excellent research articles by Dr. V Doniela, J. Sajauskas, K. Devenis, Dr. V. Geyfman, Dr. J. Neefus, A. Kapochunas and others.
This multicolored issue includes a variety of informative articles on Foreign Missions in Lithuania in 1919-1920, Vaitkus overprint proofs, updated study of the Group 27 – scarce stamps from the Telšiai 1941 overprinted exposition, part 2 of the Maps and Mapmakers that helped define 20th-Century Lithuanian boundaries, new books reviews, LPS membership reports, and other interesting readings.
This 60-page issue will be mailing in the next few weeks. The LPS Journal is distributed free of charge to society members and major libraries in Lithuania.
