Stamp Expertizing and Expert Marks

Excellent resource of philatelic experts is www.filatelia.fi. However, the list of Lithuania philatelic experts is incomplete, many experts marks are missing. Our aim is to make this page the most comprehensive resource of expert marks and certificates of Lithuania stamps issued between 1918 and 1940.

Please help us to expand this page by sending scans of expert marks found on Lithuanian philately items (stamps, covers, etc.). Use a scanning setting of 1200 dpi “color photo” mode. The TIFF file format provides the best quality details and is the most suitable for archiving.
