Lūšė is a railway station ca. 20 km north-west of Mažeikiai, on a major rail route Liepaja – Šiauliai – Vilnius. Provisional postal markings show that a Lithuanian postal facility was at work at the Lūšė railway station in 1920, but as its name does not appear in the basic Pašto Valdyba documents for 1919

Surviving provisional postal markings demonstrate that in 1919 there was a Lithuanian postal facility at Gudžiūnai, which is a railway station on the Šiauliai – Kaišiadorys route, ca. 15 km south of Baisogala. Mikelmontas as a very short-lived Lithuanian place-name was known in czarist times as Michelmond. It is a railway station on the Šiauliai – Kaišiadorys (Koschedary) – Vilnius route, ca. 15 km south of Baisogala (Bejsagola). Seda 1919

When the German troops moved into Žemaitija and Courland on April 27, 1915, within a few days Seda (Siady) was inspected by reco cavalrymen of 6th Cav. Div. (6. Kavallerie-Division). Later the township became the administrative seat of the district of Siady. However, no post office was established there within the civilian Postgebiet Ob.-Ost system.
