Members Update

As of January 1, 2011 We currently have 150 active members. Most of the members reside in the United States, but we also have members in Europe (Lithuania, France, Germany), Canada, Japan and Australia. We hold membership meetings in Chicago at least once a year usually in March or November. The Officers of the Society and members of the Exhibition Committee meet as the need arises.

LPS journal issue 239 should be arriving at your home within the next few days. We experienced some problems with printing process. The journal was printed with a strong yellow color cast, which also made all color scans and photographs look too dark and high contrast. In the future, hopefully, we can have more control over the printing process.
