Welcome to the forums, Zilvis. Unfortunately, I can't help with valuation of these stamps. Perhaps other forum members have access to stamp catalogs of Russia and other countries and will be able to help you.

I'm not a specialist but I bought many similar stamps of Russia from album pages last year just for my own pleasure.
The second section is mostly Russia 1917.. and pretty common. The first in the list is Russia SC 131 i believe (SC= Scott catalogue). Just by looking on eBay for Russia 1917 you will get a general idea I think. Regards from Canada, M
