I am also very interested in Memel parcel cancels or cachets 1920-1922 (strange shapes - triple diamonds, boxes, crosses, etc ) refer to Fugalevicius book (1990 #83 or page 146)

Many thanks for response - so bad of me to be so slow to see your post. I am interested in the passports you have especially with local town revenues. Could I get a scan or two? Are you interested in selling them or do you want to trade? (if trade what are you interested in?)
